Exercise Routine i hope to achieve this week
Today was an epic fail, on so many levels, for an attempt of pilates. Geez I give up so damn fast. I need to freaking watch my diet now, and lifestyle!
Monday: Pilates
Tuesday: Yoga
Wednesday: Pilates
Thursday: Yoga
Friday: Pilates
Saturday: Dance
Sunday: Walk
Got to keep active everyday or I will never move. I will not be hard on myself for failing today. At least I kept going as much as I could. And when others failed me I forgave them, so why shouldn’t I forgive myself right?
Keep going. Do beginners for I am just starting this routine. Good luck to me!
